Private Coaching
This holistic 12-week program is designed to support you in every aspect of your health journey—nutrition, mindset, exercise, and accountability. Together, we’ll create a personalized roadmap to help you reach your specific goals, whether that’s improving energy, balancing hormones, or building sustainable habits.
If needed, we can incorporate lab testing and supplements to further personalize your program and address any underlying health issues. Each session is tailored to your needs, with ongoing support and adjustments to keep you on track for lasting success.
Wellness Audit
A comprehensive, personalized program designed to help you gain clarity on your health goals and create a sustainable action plan. Through a Holistic Wellness Assessment and a 90-minute Coaching Intensive, we’ll dive into your unique challenges, preferences, and goals. You’ll receive a two-week custom meal plan, tailored specifically to your dietary needs and lifestyle, along with a personalized supplement protocol (if needed) to optimize your results. To ensure you stay on track, you’ll also get a 30-minute follow-up session and 6 weeks of 1:1 messaging support for ongoing guidance.
