Some of you know that for the last few years I have had a downloadable Fall + Winter Meal Plan and I’ve been asked time and time again if I’d be creating one for the spring and summer. That day is finally here!
I also have one for each season, so there will be a separate set of four-week meal plans for summer, fall, winter, and spring. Yay!
A few things I love about seasonal meal plans:
They save you MONEY! Shopping in-season is the best strategy for spending the least amount of money on produce.
Eating in-season means that those foods are at their nutrient peak, they bring the most vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants when you eat them in their prime.
Variety is the spice of life. Rotating your meals seasonally means you get to experience the best of what each season has to offer without getting burnt out on eating the same foods over and over again.
These meal plans also come with a shopping list that you can print out and take with you to the store or just plug into Instacart - so easy!
Each seasonal menu comes with four weeks of plans. The way I use these meal plans is to rotate them each week and then after four weeks, repeat! I do this for three months and then we are in a new season and I’m ready to switch things up.
Each meal plan comes with:
8 smoothie recipes
8 breakfast recipes
24 lunch/dinner recipes
8 snacks
4 desserts (zero guilt, these are good for you!)
4 beverages (think elixirs and iced teas and lattes - delish and so fun!)
All of my recipes are created with a goal of simplicity. These are meals you can put together on a busy weeknight yet they are still delicious and healthy.
The recipes are made with real food and are naturally gluten free, and mostly dairy free. There are a few places where you can add optional dairy as a garnish, like some feta on a salad.
