It’s back-to-school season and back-to-routine! Our fall schedule is quickly filling up with sports and activities, and while I love everything we’re doing and the people we are seeing, I feel the stress building with every new thing we add to the calendar.
Here's what I've learned - food is the ONE THING.
When we have our food dialed in, everything else in our life is easier to navigate. When it's not, everything is more stressful.
