7 Healthy Snack Ideas- Quick, Easy And Simple Snacks

However, sometimes there is just too much time between meals and we need a #smartsnack to bridge the gap and keep us from getting hangry before dinner!

During the summer I find myself wanting to spend less time in the kitchen making elaborate dinners and more time playing outside, tending to the garden, going on walks, and swimming in the evenings.
